This site is in process and will be updated soon. These pictures are from 1973 and a vacation to the west coast. Looks like these are from the Petri 35 mm camera that I was given when I graduated. It was purchased on or near my birthday in 1958. Larry bought the Nikon F1 that my dad has hanging around his neck. The Nikon was a through the lens light metered, one of the first with that ability. The Petri as fully manual, and did not include a light meter like the Nikon. Had to buy one so i could take better images. But, for a while my dad would tell me what settings to use when we would both take pictures at an event.
This is a hole that just showed up in the front yard. Almost swallowed a young one who stepped on a weak top cover.
